Mono Provisions is Ceylan Şengün’s provisioning company. The work is yacht-first: accurate lists, careful product choices, and delivery the crew can rely on. Operating across Türkiye and the UAE, with established yachting hubs in Bodrum and Dubai.
We provision yachts in Türkiye and the UAE for chefs, interior teams and captains, and for the managers and family offices who sit behind them. The reputation we are building is not volume — it is understanding the request, paying attention to the details, and following the work through.
Mono Yachting is the related agency business (clearance, berthing, fuel, logistics, crew and guest support). Refit and technical work sit under that umbrella. Provisions keeps its own identity, its own site, and its own enquiry route. When a programme needs both, we link the teams rather than mixing the work on one form.
